Interview

Describe your ideal work environment. (10/10/2008)

Collaborative... I love sharing ideas with talented technical people and reshaping an idea from one person into a much better concept based on everyone's input.

What do you want to do when you grow up? (10/10/2008)

I think this is a question one should never stop asking. I have morphed from Cobol programmer to technical manager to DBA to application server administrator to DBA manager to systems and security architect. I am very happy where I am today but hopefully I have a few more morphs left in me. What will they be... I'll figure that out when I get there.

Why did you choose this career? (11/14/2007)

I went to college with the intention of becoming a journalist but discovered technology (yes, there was technology in 1974!) and it has been my passion ever since.
